Directions

From Honiton take A375 to Sidmouth. After approximately 3 miles turn left at crossroads (Hare and hounds pub) signed Farway.
Follow road to A3052. Turn left on to A3052. On the right there is a lay-by with tourist information sign, turn right immediately after (note this is a small turning, unsuitable for heavy goods vehicles sign).

DO NOT go to the next turning signed Branscombe. After 200 yards turn right again (tiny lane signposted no through road). Follow the track through the farm, then take private drive to Baldash cottage.
