Honiton
Honiton is a popular market town that can be near the border between Devon and Somerset, on the A30. In its' history, Honiton town was an important asset to the medieval West Country cloth trade and became most famous for its lace.
It has a museum that displays the main collection of Honiton Lace and there are also several specialist shops for antiques and pottery with a number of auction houses, specialising in antiques themselves.
The High Street of Honiton is filled with Georgian buildings. Tuesdays and Saturdays are host to the Honiton street market, a monthly farmers' market is also held here.
Honiton is based 9 miles North of Baldash.
