Stretching eastward to Swanage in East Dorset and Westward to Exmouth in East Devon, a distance of 95 miles.

The village of Branscombe boasts two excellent traditional pubs, national trust properties including working mill. Thatched forge worked by an award winning blacksmith and the old bakery tea rooms. There is also a post office/small store.
